Here is a contract that the AUDITIONING CAST has to fill out if they have not handed in a form already.

(Your name from above) would like to be in Murder in the Musical
(Musical Murder) the movie. I understand that this means that I will be
responsible for attending all of my rehearsals, shootings, and photo
shoots. I also understand that if I am not allowed to miss any of the
above unless if I have a conflict written on this contract. I realize
that this movie and pictures will be posted online since they will; I
give my permission for my pictures, videos, and name to be posted on
the Internet as long as it is being used for this movie. I will not
allow my name, pictures, or videos to be posted online if they have
nothing to do with Musical Murder. I understand that if I do not want
my full name on the Internet then I will be permitted to have just my
first initial of my last name on the Internet. I understand that I have
to finish the movie and that I cannot quit until the movie is finished,
saved, online and on DVD. Lastly, I understand that I have made a
commitment that must be fulfilled and that I cannot back out of until
it is completely over.
