I (Your name from above) would like to be in Murder in the Musical (Musical Murder) the movie. I understand that this means that I will be responsible for attending all of my rehearsals, shootings, and photo shoots. I also understand that if I am not allowed to miss any of the above unless if I have a conflict written on this contract. I realize that this movie and pictures will be posted online since they will; I give my permission for my pictures, videos, and name to be posted on the Internet as long as it is being used for this movie. I will not allow my name, pictures, or videos to be posted online if they have nothing to do with Musical Murder.
